Royal Ontario Museum (ROM): Research

In addition to being a public museum, the ROM is also a research institute. ROM Communications supported the curators in helping to publicize their original research, or that of their students. In addition to supporting my team in these endeavours, I also directly assisted curators during the pandemic when staff were furloughed. Pictured below: my son and a friend enjoy the new Dawn of Life Gallery, the first new gallery to open at the ROM in over 10 years. It's a stunning example of decades of research brought to life using the latest in museum learning trends. The Communications team played a key role in opening the gallery to great success and global press coverage.
